I ran another tempo run today. I was able to run one mile at an 8:30 pace. Whew! Tiring!
I ran a total of 6.60 miles in one hour and 59 seconds. I ran the 10K in 57:57.
Tempo runs are hard but beneficial!

I plotted my course for the WWH today.
Great job, Charlie. An 8:30 pace is fantastic. You'll be happy you did it!
